Press-locked Steel Grating

Press-locked grating differs from electro-welded grating due to its entirely mechanical production process. The joining of the bearing and cross bars occurs exclusively by interlocking through high-pressure pressing, eliminating any thermal alteration.

This production process guarantees millimeter precision, perfect mesh alignment, and the complete absence of weld spots: the result is a clean design, making press-locked grating the ideal choice for all architectural applications where visual impact and aesthetics play a fundamental role.

In addition to its use in civil construction, press-locked grating is widely used in the industrial sector.

For environments where there is a risk of slipping due to liquids, serrated press-locked grating represents the ideal choice thanks to its anti-slip surface, which guarantees greater grip and helps reduce the risk of falls.

Fully customizable in terms of mesh size, load capacity, and shaping, press-locked grating can be supplied in raw steel, hot-dip galvanized according to UNI EN ISO 1461 standards, or powder-coated with epoxy paint.

The half-moon serration can be applied exclusively to the bearing bar or to both bars.
