The stock-ready gates are characterised by the quick and easy installation and they are a convenient choice when practicality is the feature required. They are available in five stock-ready heights (see table below), in single leaf or double leaf version. The installation instructions included in the accessory kit are simplified so that this kind of gates can be installed by anyone equipped with common tools.

Construction

Structure
- Material: UNI EN 10025 S235JR carbon steel
- The structure is made of steel tubular profiles
Infill panel
- Material: UNI EN 10025 S235JR carbon steel
- The infill panel is made Svevia grating, mesh 63×132 mm, welded to the structure of the gate
Coating
- Hot-dip galvanisation according to UNI EN ISO 1461
- Polyester powder coating in green color
Quality
All the steel gates manufactured by EMMEGI spa are designed in agreement with the latest European safety standards, and therefore each gate is provided of the CE mark, the European Conformity mark, which stands for proven superior quality and safety. Each gate is individually labeled with the CE mark and it is delivered together with its installation use and maintenance hand-book .
