Steel gates manufactured by EMMEGI spa are designed according to the European safety standards. The new automatic production line of steel gates built at EMMEGI plant has an innovative system based on a software that designs the gates in agreement with the European safety standards, and therefore each gate manufactured by EMMEGI spa is provided of the CE mark, the European Conformity mark, which stands for proven superior quality and safety.

All fences need one or more gates to allow pedestrians or vehicles to pass through. From the standard gate, mainly used in industrial areas, to the custom-made gate designed for residential use or the gates for sports facilities: our entire range of steel gates perfectly matches, in terms of aesthetics and functionality, with the fencing, enhancing and complementing its strength and safety features.

The infill panels of the gates are made of either steel grating or vertical steel bars  in contiguity with the fence. Each gate is individually packaged and comes with a user and maintenance manual.

THE SOFTWARE FOR THE DESIGN AND QUOTATION OF C E MARKED GATES

EMMEGI’s sales network has at its disposal a software that allows the the estimate and design of tailor-made gates that comply with the new European regulations. The procedure, which is simple and quick, consists of entering the data provided by the customer (type of gatea, dimensions, finish, etc.); in a few seconds the software processes them and provides the estimate and design of the gate. The calculation of the gate structure uses the Finite Element Method (FEM):
