MALVASIA TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Construction
Railing fence MALVASIA by EMMEGI is formed by modular panels made of steel vertical round tubulars of Ø 20 mm diameter. The tubular profiles are welded to two horizontal U-profile 50x25x2 mm at the top and bottom. For heights of 1703 mm and 1967 an extra U-profile 50x25x2 mm is welded centrally.
Fence Panels
Modular panels, monolithic, without joints, made of vertical tubulars
- Material: UNI EN 10025 S235JR carbon steel
- Vertical elements: steel tubulars of Ø 20 mm diameter
- Horizontal elements: U-profile 50x25x2 mm, bended at 90°degrees at both edges and provided of a hole 12×16 mm for bolting the panels to the posts
- Distance between vertical bars: 110 mm (center to center)
Posts
- Material: UNI EN 10025 S235JR carbon steel
- Standard posts: flat steel bars 60×7 mm
- Posts are provided with two holes, at top and bottom, for hooking the panels
Fixing elements
- STANDARD SYSTEM: HEXAGONAL HEAD SCREW M10x30 HEXAGONAL NUT M10 in stainless steel
- ANTI-THEFT SYSTEM: TTQST SCREW M10x30 and M10 ANTI-THEFT NUT in stainless steel, also available in black color

- Standard widths of panels: 1993 mm
- Standard heights of fence: 911mm, 1175 mm, 1307 mm, 1439 mm, 1703 mm, 1977 mm see table below
- Distance between posts: 2000 mm (center-to-center)
Coating
- Hot-dip galvanisation according to UNI EN ISO 1461 or ASTM A123
- Polyester powder coating in a wide variety of colours
