EMMEGI S.p.A. manufactures a wide range of electro-welded gratings, used in both the construction and industrial sectors, including gratings with serrated bearing bars. The production includes raw and galvanised large mats, standard size panels and custom-shaped panels.
EMMEGI S.p.A. offers a wide range of electro-welded, framed and hot-dip galvanised gratings, available from stock for immediate delivery. Finished panels are available in various standard sizes, with different mesh and bearing bars (see table below).
The panels, which are rectangular or square in shape with a width of 1000 mm, are complete with frame and hot-dip galvanising, ready for installation. The range available in stock covers sizes from a minimum of 150 × 1000 mm up to 1000 × 1000 mm, offering versatility and adaptability to various contexts.
EMMEGI spa’s anti-vertigo grating is made using a special shaped profile bearing bar and an innovative interlocking assembly system, which provides total visual screening of the area below.
Emmegi Spa was the first Italian company to supply CE-marked metal gratings, adopting the quality standards set out in EN 1090 for manufacturers of structural steel components, in accordance with EU Regulation No. 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2011 (Construction Products Regulation or CPR). Therefore, the gratings produced by EMMEGI spa are accompanied by a Quality Certificate with the CE mark.
